PT. Naga Intan Sentosa was established in Bandung on 2001. A company in garment industry which manufactures and trades ‘Ready-to-Wear’ collections. The retail name in which its product being marketed is INTRESSE. The word itself was inspired from a German word of ‘Interesse’ which means interest. Over the years INTRESSE succeeds to reach national markets through top-tier department stores and leading online shopping platforms in Indonesia.

Raw Materials
- All collections are created with fabrics made of best quality.
- Mostly, natural fibres of cotton are used as its main materials.
- In addition, rayon and CVC materials are usually mixed in.
- The yarns are then dyed based on the colour designed and weaved into fabrics by using the modern waving machines at our subsidiary company – PT Nagamas Kurnia Sejahtera.
- Perfectly finished high-cotton-fabrics are consistently self-manufactured with the highest quality.
- It is regarded as the competition advantage of INTRESSE’s collections.

- Dying, Wrapping, Sizing, Weaving, and Finishing of Fabrics

- 1st stage of Quality Control
- End- stage

Customer Services
The main aim of the company in the proper approach and excellent customer service mainly characterized by courtesy and professionalism. We make sure that our customers are well-served during and after the sale on both offline and online stores in order to generate loyal-customers. We provide free delivery service in some of our online shop platforms, flexibility on returning* and exchanging items, and we constantly inform our customers about new collections, various offers and sale policies.
